Testimonials
I first came to Jacki because of a back problem I've had for quite some time. However it wasn't long before I realised that our sessions were helping more that just the back problem I initially went for.
Through Kinesiology I have been able to address some of the key issues in my life, both physical and emotional. The benifits have been far more than I could have hoped for.
Jacki is a very highly trained Kinesiologist, and yet it is her loving, caring nature and her great passion to heal others that make her an amazing practitioner of this wonderful healing process.
I would recomend Jacki to everyone.
Thank you Jacki.

I have been seeing Jacki for 3 years now, I first went to Jacki regarding an injury I sustained to my shoulder. I had been on a roller coaster ride for 18 months with the medical profession. I had seen so many Doctors, Speciatilsts, Physio, Chiropractors and had many form of treatment including x-rays, MRI's and numerous pills. Still I couldn't get any results or releif. My general health was deteriorating due to constant pain and the frustration of no answers, not to mention the thousands of dollars It was costing me. I had been a nurse for 20 years and couldn't beleive I couldn't get any results on the path I was on. I was at my wits end and didn't know which way to turn next.
Jacki & I were doing surogate balances for a mutual friend who was dying of cancer. Jacki suggested I come for a balance for myself to sort out my shoulder problem. After my first session I could feel some releif which was fantastic as I hadn't had any form of releif in 18 months. I can't explain how it works I just knew things were changeing in my shoulder. I could feel it. After each session the improvement was amazing, I was getting results.
I had had Kinesiology sessions over the years from other practitioners. I feel I have had my best results with Jacki. I can't recomend Jacki highly enough. She has taken me from not being able to put my backpack on as my shoulder was so sore, to being able to don the backpack and go on to acheive my dream of treking to the base camp of Mount Everest and also the top of Kilimanjaro. I know I wouldn't have been able to do that if it had not been for theamazing work that Jacki does.
Jacki I truely can't thank you enough. Thanks to you I have my health and my life back on track!
You truely are amazing.
Thanks Mate

Types of Kinesiology
Several kinesiology modalities are practiced by Jacqueline. Kinesiology is a holistic therapy and your balance will include a number of these modalities depending on your presenting issue. There is a description of the different kinesiology modalities and Spiritual Healing techniques applied by Jacqueline.
Postural Kinesiology - Muscles play a major role in the healthy performance of the body. Muscles assist in producing movement, maintaining posture, stabilizing joints and generate heat for energy. Postural balances locate and correct any imbalances within the muscular system. Good posture is a sign of good health. Our meridian / organ relationships are balanced, providing improved postural balance, health and performance. Postural Kinesiology deals with physical pain and reactive patterns which is a powerful way of eliminating long term pain and helps release tight, tense or aching muscles, stress, fatigue, back, neck, hip, and knee, ankle, and shoulder pain. Learning problems or difficulty with co-ordination, can also be focused on
Emotional Kinesiology - Emotional Kinesiology addresses the emotional component of disharmony in the body and in life. ‘Your biology is your psychology’. This is a truth that tells us that we cannot separate our body disease and pain from our emotions. Many structural problems have their roots in imbalances of the emotional state and these disturbances impact on the body’s systems. Emotional Kinesiology focuses on releasing pain and stress by correcting some of the emotional and metaphysical causes of disease.Since over 50 percent of all our illnesses are said to be stress related, it is relevant for us to know what causes the stress in our lives. Heart disease, high blood pressure, colitis, asthma, kidney disease, peptic ulcers, anxiety, depression, obesity, rheumatoid arthritis and cancer are some conditions for which stress has been implicated as a significant factor. Much of the stress in our lives results from unresolved emotional issues which, even when not in our consciousness; stimulate the secretion of stress related hormones. Emotional Kinesiology releases painful situations or traumas that have been stored in the body. Letting go of the issues brings harmony within.
Structural Kinesiology - A broad scope of body function is addressed providing a superior ability to deal with the integration of function within the body. Structural Kinesiology includes body orientation and nervous system organization for body centering, specific joints and structural problems such as scoliosis, frozen shoulder and carpel tunnel. Also the complex structures of the head (cranial bones), neck and jaw (TMJ), and how they relate to the pelvis through the dura matter (outer membrain surrounding the brain and the spine) to give long term benefits.Together with, the process of focusing on a specific area of the body that is imbalanced is introduced. This involves balancing all aspects related to the imbalance to achieve longer lasting results.
Energetic Kinesiology - While the Physical Body is obvious to our physical senses—it can be seen, touched and felt, the subtle bodies creating the layers of our aura are not so obvious. However many subtle effects can be measured scientifically that appears to have no “physical” source, such as the “healing” energy of healer’s hands, or the instantaneous “psychic” flow of thoughts from one person to another. We have seven major Chakras and many minor chakras. In fact each joint has a minor chakra associated with it. Via the chakras, subtle energy changes in any of the subtle bodies can manifest as physiological events at the cellular level. In this way the various subtle bodies interact with, and affect the structure and function of the physical body.
Hormonal Kinesiology - Looking in-depth at the endocrine system plus the glands and the hormones they discharge directly into the blood or lymph and are transported into all cells of the body. The endocrine system organizes the functions of all the body’s system plus affects and influences most body tissue. Hormonal Kinesiology balances our endocrine glands and hormones. In addition our immune system can be balanced assisting with poor immune function and auto immune disorders as well as menstrual disorders, menopause symptoms and fertility issues for both males and females and stress, one of our biggest health concerns facing the world today can be alleviated
Biochemical Kinesiology - Biochemical Kinesiology manages our biochemical component of health and well-being by examining the relationship of all ingested substances such as water, food, vitamins and minerals with the anatomy, biochemistry, physiology and biology of our body. It focuses on how nutritional processes influence the cellular health of the body in order to fulfil the energy needs for optimal functioning. Modern Living has resulted in a large percentage of people living in an adapted stage of stress; the result is poor digestion function, organ damage and premature aging. Biochemical Kinesiology balances the body systems and biochemical processes affected by that stress so the systems will take up what they need again.
Nutritional Kinesiology - Nutritional Kinesiology concentrates on the nutritional and biochemical aspects of the body by integrating the vital nutrients and substances necessary for normal functioning and maintaining of life, and the digestion and absorption of nutrients necessary for body metabolism. The digestive system is looked at in depth. Essential information such as food sources, site of absorption, transport, storage, target tissue, synergists, antagonists, enzymes, and metabolic pathways involved with the vitamins and minerals you ingest are obtained from your body to determine the actual problem of why the food and nutrients are not providing you with optimum health.
Nutritional kinesiology brings into balance your blood sugar, hydrochloric acid, amino acids, hydration, the digestive system including organ / gland relationships, hiatus hernia, ileocecal valve, food supplements, food sensitivities, toxins, candida, and nutrient bioavailability
Spiritual Kinesiology - Within each of us there is a longing “a feeling of sensing that there is another, more fulfilling state of consciousness and a larger capacity to experience life must exist.” That there is much more to yourself and your life than you are currently capable of experiencing. Spiritual Kinesiology focuses on looking at those aspects of yourself that are limiting your experience of life, and to allow more of your higher aspects, your inner divinity, to shine through. What makes you happy? True happiness does not depend on outer circumstances or other people; it is a state of mine that is solely your responsibility. Finding happiness means finding your real self. To the extent that unhappiness or discontent exists in your life you have not fulfilled your potential. You can achieve deep and peaceful contentment, security and sense of fulfilment. Spiritual kinesiology looks at the real motives behind your actions and balances the spiritual aspect of yourself by exploring your willingness to be happy, unity and duality, the observer self, overcoming childhood hurts, dissolving yourself images, understanding your mask, meeting your higher self, facing your lower self, your transition to positive intentionality and changing from the 'no' current to the 'yes' current.
Neurological Kinesiology - Neurological Kinesiology balances the brain and has the ability to make changes in behavior patterns and responses simply and permanently. The work with the brain is cutting edge as it addresses the subconscious fight & flight responses with amazing results. The brain has many glandular tissues that secrete a variety of hormones and neurotransmitters. Balancing our Neurological pathways gives us stability to our basic physiological processes, instincts, drives and emotional responses, which largely dictate our behavior and body function. Working with Neurological Kinesiology focuses on our blood pressure and heart rate, bladder contraction, digestive organs and functions, Neuro endocrine management, water retention Kidney function, amygdala physiology plus emotional responses, visceral responses, new and old memory reactions, motor movements and learning physical activities, sleeping issues, sub callosal gyrus - suppression of anger and memory of physical pain.
Brain Integration - Developed by Dr Charles Krebs, the Brain Integration Program will change many people’s lives by disclosing the real cause of Specific Learning Difficulties and providing a step-by-step approach to their resolution. Brain Integration is a quantum leap in understanding and correcting neurological imbalances and has been proven to be highly effective with both adults and children displaying specific neurological disorders or disabilities such as Dyslexia, ADD and ADHD as well as problems related with physical co-ordination and acquiring the academic skills of reading, writing, spelling and mathematics. Utilising knowledge at the very frontier of western neuroscience specialised Kinesiology and Applied Physiology techniques are used to assess and correct brain integration problems.
Advanced Acupressure - Acupressure is an ancient healing art which stimulate the body's natural self-curative abilities. When these trigger points are activated, they release muscular tension, and promote circulation of blood, and the body's life force energy to aid healing. Acupuncture and acupressure use the same pressure points and meridians, but acupuncture employs needles, while acupressure uses gentle to firm pressure and integrates bodywork therapies, such as Kinesiology.
Advantages of Using Acupressure include relieving pain, balancing the body, and maintaining good health. Acupressure's healing touch reduces tension, increases circulation, and enables the body to relax deeply. By relieving stress, acupressure therapy strengthens resistance to disease and promotes wellness.

NOT – Neural Organisation Technique - Neural Organization Technique (NOT), a non-invasive, kinesiology-based treatment protocol, is designed to recognize any of the disorganisations that may be found within the neural programmes of these primal survival systems if damaged or otherwise compromised. The treatment protocols are then designed to specifically organise or reorganise a disorganised central nervous system. A disruption of the natural balance within these previously synchronized processes will cause a change in the electromagnetic (EM) field in various parts of the body. This EM change can then be measured, analysed and treated. Homeostasis is then restored to the body by activating combinations of the known reflex systems, acupuncture meridians, muscle spindles, magnetic energy, cranial and spinal bone balances and nutrition which control these systems. The key to the success of this treatment protocol is that it recognizes the need for the specific organisation and integration of all systems within the body.
